I don't know why it took me so long to order from here...I really don't. 1.) Best Chocolate Chip Pancakes I've ever had. Super chocolatey and they even threw some on top of the pancakes as well to really up the chocolate factor. Delicious. 2.)The bason was outstanding...like outstanding. It was crispy, it was tender, it was flavorful, it had a smokiness that I don't believe I've ever experienced from bacon before. Phenomenal. 3.) The Hash Browns were BROWN! There's nothing that ruins a breakfast faster than soggy nasty hash browns and I'm happy to report these were delicious, crispy, and golden brown. I had a take-away order via DoorDash so I can't comment on the atmosphere but if their food is any indication, the place is probably wonderful. 10/10, highly recommended. Awesome experience.

I arrived about an hour into their day and the cafe was already busy, but I was able to be seated immediately. The server was quick to bring water and take the drink order. When I was dithering about what side to get she was quick to list what was currently in the fruit cup, explained that anything other than the basic pancakes would have an upcharge (I had asked about blueberry) and promote her favorite, the hash brown potatoes. Ultimately, I chose to make my own omelette and had the hash browns with toast. It was prepared quickly, well plated and served hot. The portions were very generous to the point that despite my best efforts and enjoying every bite, I ended up leaving some on my plate.

“Stevia took amazing care of us at the Troy location. I love my coffee ☕️ extra hot, and she made sure my cup was always full, which I really appreciated. The crepes were absolutely delicious, and the vibe was great. Thanks !

Clean and contemporary- gourmet menu. Warm syrup in a glass carafe, bacon perfectly crisp made every detail pop. The Benedict was heavenly.

My oldest treated me to brunch today at Jonny Cakes Cafe. Now, their menu didn't have many non-pork items, so I went with something safe 😂. I tried the turkey sausage with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and specialty pancakes - red velvet. She got the same thing, just with Oreo pancakes. Of course, the pancakes were the star of the show. My eggs were cooked too hard, the hash browns were bland, and the turkey sausage was flat, at best. The Oreo pancake was the best. The regular pancake mix has a really good flavor. The red velvet was chocolaty and had good cream cheese icing to pair. The service was excellent, fast, and reasonably priced. I'll go again to try more pancakes and French toast.
